MEDICAL CANABIS

Utah Medical Cannabis Card

A real clinical evaluation with Dr. Law — not a rubber stamp. If you qualify under Utah state law, we'll complete your evaluation, handle the paperwork, and get your card on its way. New patient evaluations and annual renewals available.

WHAT MAKES THIS DIFFERENT

A real doctor, in a discreet medical setting

Dr. Law conducts every evaluation personally. You'll leave with a clear understanding of how medical cannabis fits your care — not just a card.

We handle the paperwork

We submit your evaluation electronically to the state. Your card arrives by mail — no extra steps on your end.

Easy annual renewals - in person or virtually

Utah cards require annual renewal. We make it simple — and members pay only the required $8 state fee.

Part of your whole-person care

As a primary care practice, we see your medical cannabis use in the context of your overall health — not in isolation.

HOW IT WORKS:

1. Schedule your evaluation

Call or text us to book. Let us know whether this is a new evaluation or an annual renewal. We'll confirm your appointment and let you know what to bring.

2. Meet with Dr. Law

Dr. Law conducts a thorough evaluation to determine whether you qualify under Utah's qualifying conditions. This is a real clinical visit — he'll review your medical history and discuss how medical cannabis may fit your treatment.

3. We submit your recommendation electronically

If you qualify, we handle the state submission electronically on your behalf. No extra paperwork for you to navigate.

4. Your card arrives by mail

The Utah Department of Health & Human Services processes your application and mails your Medical Cannabis Card. Processing times vary — we'll keep you informed..

UTAH QUALIFYING CONDITIONS

  • Chronic pain

  • PTSD

  • Cancer

  • Terminal illness

  • Rare conditions (case-by-case)

COMING IN FOR A CARD RENEWAL EVERY YEAR?

Members pay only the state fee — and get unlimited primary care too.

If you're paying $100/year just for your renewal, membership at $100/month covers that renewal plus unlimited primary care visits, same- or next-day access, telehealth, chronic disease management, and much more. For patients who need ongoing care alongside their medical cannabis use, membership is by far the better value.
