Select a monthly, bi-annual, or annual membership option through our secure patient portal or sign up in our office. Discounts apply for longer commitments.
2. Complete Your Onboarding
You’ll receive a welcome packet and membership agreement that outlines how we work together and what you can expect.
3. Get Direct Access to Care
Once enrolled, you’ll have access to scheduling, messaging, and direct communication with Dr. Law for questions or concerns.
4. Start Using Your Membership
Schedule visits when you need them—by phone, telehealth, or in person.

We also believe in respectful boundaries. Non-urgent questions are handled during normal business hours, while urgent concerns receive prompt attention.

Care Beyond Our Office
If you ever need specialized care, imaging, or hospital services, Dr. Law will help coordinate referrals and guide you through next steps. We recommend maintaining major medical or catastrophic insurance for care outside of primary care.
