Every member receives a personalized wellness plan developed by Dr. Law — built around your health history, labs, lifestyle, and goals. This isn't a generic checklist. It's an ongoing, evolving roadmap designed to help you stay ahead of problems, manage chronic conditions, and work toward the healthiest version of yourself.

A 6-month, physician-led program including GLP-1 medication management, in-house EKG and urinalysis, personalized nutrition and AI-generated activity and nutrition plans, weekly virtual check-ins, and monthly follow-up visits — all included in membership. Lab work and medication billed separately.
We work directly with a local pharmacy to give our patients the lowest possible prices.

If you wake up feeling awful or something unexpected pops up, we’re here to help. As an established patient, you can count on same- or next-day appointments, you can get care quickly—without the stress (or cost!) of an Urgent Care visit. We handle most routine and urgent needs right in our clinic or through a telemedicine visit.

Progressive Primary Care is not an emergency room, and accordingly does not have the ability to treat medical emergencies. If you ever experience a true medical emergency, please call 911 or head to the nearest ER right away. Your safety always comes first. -
Minor Outpatient Procedures
Including minor surgery, abscess drainage, earwax removal, skin tag & wart removal, certain biopsies, injections, stitches and more.
*Some procedures require additional supplies costs. We value transparency and will strive to be open and upfront about any additional costs.

Labs Performed On-Site
In-office labs include urine testing, strep/flu, EKG, COVID, Mono, pregnancy tests & more. Other tests such as Basic Visual Screenings, Health Risk Assessments, Peak Flow Testing (lung health), and Spirometry Testing are also included.
*Some diagnostics require additional supplies costs. Time for performing and interpreting the diagnostic testing is included in the membership. We value transparency and will strive to be open and upfront about any additional costs.

We value your mental health as much as your physical health. Whether you need short-term support, help connecting to the right resources, or ongoing medication management, we make it easy to get the care you need right here in your primary care home.
We work with adults experiencing concerns like depression, anxiety, ADHD, and other common mental health needs—and we’ll guide you to trusted specialists when extra support is helpful.

Sports clearance physicals and full LDS missionary physicals — including vision and hearing screening, EKG, urinalysis, immunization review, and all required church paperwork — completed same day. Included in membership.
Discounted Services
Any labs or imaging needs that we cannot perform on-site, we refer to other imaging or lab facilities that offer transparent pricing or we will send it to a lab that accepts your insurance. We are working on expanding our benefits as our practice grows so ask us for our most up to date list.

Members receive card evaluations for only $50 for a new card or $25 for renewals (non-members pay $129 or $59-79 for renewals).

Samples Drawn In-House
Any labs or imaging needs that we cannot perform on-site, we refer to other imaging facilities that offer transparent pricing or we will send it to a lab or imaging facility that accepts insurance that you carry if you have it.

Plus a $100 non-refundable, one-time, per-family intake fee. The intake fee is waived if you opt to pay your annual fee in advance. The intake is not an annual charge.
Membership Agreement and Discount Details
No Contract required, you may cancel your membership at anytime with 30 days written notice.
Progressive Primary Care only treats patients over 16 years of age. There are additional discount opportunities for bi-annual (5% off), or annual (10% off) commitments or for family groups (10% off).
If you want to have an appointment with Dr. Law before committing to a membership you can schedule a drop-in appointment for $150, if you decide to sign up for a membership within 30 days of your drop-in appointment, that fee will be credited towards your intake and membership fees.
Members receive a $50 credit for any referrals that end in a new member joining our practice. We appreciate our members who help our community grow!
Scheduling & Appointments
As a member you have direct access to Dr. Law — including his personal cell number for medical questions. We ask that you extend the same respect in return: please give us at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. It helps us protect availability for you and every other member in our community.
For in-person visits, please arrive 15 minutes early. For virtual visits, join the waiting room 5–10 minutes before your scheduled time. If you're running late, just text or call us at (801) 571-0796 — we'll do our best to accommodate you, though appointments may need to be rescheduled if you arrive more than 15 minutes late.
