Physician-led 6-month GLP-1 weight loss program with personalized nutrition and activity plans, structured monitoring, and individualized medication plans based on your full health history. Included in membership.

Sports & Missionary Physicals
Comprehensive physicals for student athletes and pre-mission LDS missionaries. Fast scheduling, thorough evaluation, and all required forms completed same day.

Utah state medical cannabis evaluations with Dr. Law. New patient evaluations and annual renewals available. A real clinical visit — not a rubber stamp.
$150 — non-members / $100 — annual renewal

For $100/month, members get unlimited primary care visits, same- or next-day access, telehealth, in-office procedures, and more — including most of the services above. For many patients, membership costs less than a single specialist copay.
